Terms & Conditions.
The following terms and conditions will apply to any
persons using our services:

Fee Payment Schedule & Deposits
Upon acceptance of a proposal (Business Name) will advance a retainer (amounting
to 30% of the project estimate) to Live Ink Designs in order to secure services.
Upon final delivery (Business Name) will pay the balance of the contract amount.

Time for Payment
All invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt. An 11/2% monthly service
charge is payable on all overdue balances.

Changes
(Business Name) shall be responsible for making additional payments for changes
requested by (Business Name) following sign off at key stages. An initial amount
of 5 changes is given immediately and any changes above 5 may have additional
fees. (Business Name) will be consulted prior to increase.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of an assignment, ownership of all copyrights shall
be retained by Live Ink Designs, and a cancellation fee for work completed,
based on the contract price and design time already incurred, shall be paid by
(Business Name).

Ownership and Copyright
Live Ink Designs retains ownership of all designs and lay-outs for (Business
Name) unless a written agreement is understood between both parties.
(Business Name) will be responsible for obtaining permissions, licensing and
releases for any material required to complete this project. Similarly, Live Ink
Designs will be responsible for obtaining necessary clearances for subcontracted
work. If photography is required, on site at (Business Name) buildings or
facilities Live Ink Designs will exercise company policy by informing the public
of its shooting boundaries by means of signage and where possible, verbally.

Releases
(Business Name) shall indemnify Live Ink Designs against all claims and expenses
including reasonable attorney’s fees, due to uses for which no release was
requested in writing or for uses that exceed authority granted by a release.

Acceptance of Terms
The signature of both parties, or payment of any part of the agreed project
price, shall evidence acceptance of these terms. If Terms & Conditions are
agreed upon via email a reply to this document is considered acceptance of
agreement; subject title: Agreement.
